Her Background:

Delfin was born a mutant and discovered her powers at a variety of ages. First at the age of 10, she was put into swimming classes and realized that she could breathe underwater without coming up for air. Later on, at age 15, she noticed she could control the water... making it into whatever she felt such as a whirlpool or crashing waves. Then finally at the age of 17 her final power developed, the power of ice. She could creates ice such as ice bolts, ice blasts, ice balls and much more. She could use that ice for defense if she ever was attacked or she could easily use it to hurt others. Her parents didn't know what she was or what do expect and thought she was a threat to others, therefore she was placed in a special school, a mutant school, where she was taught to develop her powers and learn how to control them. Now at the age of 28 she's not quite mastered her powers but can use them and control them greatly. Then she decided to move to California because she wanted to get out on her own and make a life for herself with total strangers so that way no one would no who she was or what she was. And that is when she walked into a bar called Minus`Human. It was a safe haven for all mutants, where they can go and be with others just like them. Everyone understood what there were and people didn't have to be afraid of the them like regular humans do. Her home now is in Los Angeles, California and a regular to the Minus`Human bar. She continues to fully master her power capability there while helping others and socializing and just making a life for herself in LA, since that is her dream.
